The device is equipped with a non-replaceable CR123A lithium battery with a lifespan of up to 10 years—you don’t have to worry about power. An alarm with a volume of ≥85 dB effectively alerts you to a detected hazard, while an LED indicates the device’s operating status in real time. The compact design, measuring 122 × 122 × 45 mm, allows the detector to blend discreetly into any interior and can be easily mounted on either the ceiling or a wall.
The SD19 model uses a photoelectric sensor that effectively reacts to the presence of smoke and helps detect a hazard in the room more quickly. When the alarm is activated, the red LED flashes once per second, and the device emits short, high-volume audible signals. With a sound intensity of approximately 85 dB (at a distance of 3 meters), the signal is clearly audible even in larger rooms. The detector complies with the EN 14604:2005 + AC:2008 safety standard.
The built-in lithium battery ensures up to 10 years of operation in standby mode, reducing the need for maintenance and providing greater convenience in everyday use. The sensor monitors the power status and, in the event of a low battery, alerts you with an audible signal and a red LED. Additionally, the device features a malfunction detection function, allowing you to quickly respond to any potential issues.
The sensor is equipped with a Test/Silence button that allows you to quickly verify the alarm’s proper operation or temporarily mute the device for approximately 9 minutes. This feature is particularly useful in situations where the alarm is triggered accidentally, such as by steam or smoke while cooking.
