X-SENSE SWS54 Smart Water Leak Sensor

Protect your home from the effects of flooding with the X-SENSE SWS54 kit, which consists of three SWS51 smart water leak sensors and an SBS50 base station. The system detects both minor leaks and major flooding, triggering an alarm with a volume of up to 110 dB and sending notifications to the X-Sense Home Security app. Sensors located on the top and bottom of the unit allow for effective monitoring of areas particularly prone to water exposure, such as the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, or basement. Wireless communication with a range of up to 500 m and the ability to connect up to 50 devices to a single base station make the system easily adaptable to larger homes and apartments.

Early detection of leaks and flooding

The SWS51 sensors are equipped with two sensors on the front for leak detection and four sensors on the bottom for flood detection. The alarm is triggered at a water level of approximately 0.4 mm, allowing for a quick response and minimizing the risk of more serious damage. Upon detecting water, the device emits a continuous audible alarm and a flashing LED light, and the user receives a notification in the app.

Remote notifications and app control

Once connected to the SBS50 base station, the system allows you to monitor devices from anywhere using the X-Sense Home Security app. You can receive immediate alerts about leaks, check device status, and silence the alarm directly from your smartphone. The app also lets you share device access with other household members, making it easier to work together to keep your home safe.

Stable Communication and System Expansion

The SBS50 base station provides a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and long-range wireless communication. The system supports up to 50 devices connected to a single control panel, allowing you to create an extensive monitoring network covering multiple rooms simultaneously. With a transmission range of up to 500 m in open space, the sensors can be placed in various parts of the home without losing connection stability.

Durable construction and long-lasting performance

The SWS51 sensors feature an IP66 rating, making them resistant to moisture and harsh operating conditions. Power is supplied by two replaceable AAA batteries, which provide up to 3 years of operation, while the device itself has a lifespan of up to 5 years. The compact design, measuring 77 × 77 × 29 mm, allows the sensors to be conveniently placed near washing machines, dishwashers, pipes, or water heaters.
