Always stay online and prevent data loss. As soon as the power fails, an APC Smart-UPS immediately supplies emergency power to all connected devices. Because an APC UPS does this automatically, you prevent unwanted outages of, for example, a PC, server or switch. With the free APC PowerChute software, you can even have critical IT hardware shut down automatically and in a controlled manner when the UPS battery is almost empty. This prevents data loss, downtime and physical damage to the hardware. Security. In addition, a Smart-UPS protects connected devices against, among other things, voltage spikes caused by lightning strikes. This APC emergency power supply is ideally suited for use in (small) businesses. Battery runtime. You can easily read the estimated battery runtime from the runtime graph found among the product images. You can easily see how long the UPS supplies emergency power at a given load. SmartConnect. Ready-to-use remote UPS monitoring, free for a 6-month trial period. Using the SmartConnect Ethernet port, you can easily connect the Smart-UPS to your network and monitor it remotely via the secure cloud-based APC SmartConnect web portal*. PowerChute. By connecting the UPS to a maximum of one server via a USB cable, it can automatically send that server a shutdown signal during a prolonged power outage and thus prevent a hard shutdown. This exact point in time can be set via the free software APC PowerChute Serial Edition. Network management card. If you connect the UPS directly to your network via the optional APC network management card (AP9640/AP9641), it can easily be managed remotely via SNMP or our remote management software Ecostruxure IT Expert (SFTWES1-DIGI). You can also automatically send a shutdown signal over the network to several physical and/or virtual servers. The APC PowerChute Network Shutdown software connected to the network card can even differentiate by shutdown time and by the order in which shutdown takes place. Ease of use. Physical buttons and an LCD screen allow you to set and read the basic functions. Extend the service life. The internal battery (RBC48) can be replaced by the user easily, safely and independently, without having to switch off the APC SMT750IC or connected devices. In this way, you can easily and inexpensively extend the service life of the APC Smart-UPS, and your devices always stay online. Warranty extension. The manufacturer's warranty of the SMT750IC is 3 years, except for the battery, which has a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years. Both are extended by 3 years, to 6 and 5 years respectively, with the APC Service Pack (WBEXTWAR3YR-SP-02).
