The AK-EC-20 EV charger features the popular IEC 62196-2 Type 2 connector, commonly known as Mennekes. This is the most widely used EV charging standard on the European market. As a result, it is compatible with almost every available electric vehicle. In addition, the comfort of use is ensured by the 5-metre cable, which allows easy connection to a power source.
The heart of the charger is the ControlBox, which provides information about the current charging status and shows important data on the LCD display, such as charging current, voltage, energy consumption, device temperature and charging time. The device provides adjustable charging current, with options to choose from 8 A, 10 A and 13 A, enabling customization to the electrical installation's capabilities and the vehicle's specifications.
