Care and Usage Instructions

To maintain the integrity of your pan, we recommend cooking on a low to medium flame. If high heat is required, bring the pan to temperature gradually. Always use wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils to protect the nonstick surface, and avoid cutting food directly in the pan. While the pan is dishwasher safe on a gentle 50° cycle, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the coating. Before first use, rinse, dry, and lightly lubricate the surface with oil.
