Uni-T UT336A Refrigerant Leak Detector

The Uni-T UT336A is a compact refrigerant leak detector that uses a sensor based on the negative corona discharge phenomenon. The device offers high sensitivity up to 3 g/year, warms up in just 3 seconds, and allows sensitivity to be adjusted across 6 levels, making it easier to adapt its operation to the location and working conditions. This model is ideal for servicing air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, refrigerators, and automotive applications, and its audible and visual alarms help quickly locate the source of a leak.

Accurate performance and convenient operation

The UT336A detects three main groups of halogenated refrigerants: CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs, making it suitable for many common service tasks. The automatic reset function upon startup and the zeroing feature make it easy to begin measurements and improve detection accuracy in practice. Additional conveniences include a battery level indicator, mute mode, and automatic shut-off, which help conserve energy and extend the device’s operating time to up to 20 hours.
