Description

Combination ring and open-end spanner made of extremely durable cold die-forged CRV tool steel. The spanner undergoes a meticulous heat treatment process. Hardened in a vacuum furnace and oil-cooled, this prevents decarburization and overheating on the spanner's surface. Subsequently tempered at an appropriate temperature, which in turn reduces stresses formed during hardening, resulting in significantly greater bending strength of the spanner. Excellently protected against corrosion by nickel plating and a matte satin coating. The flat head is set at a 15° angle, and the ring head is offset by 15°, facilitating maneuvering the spanner and unscrewing in hard-to-reach places.
