Description

Gold-black metal drill bits made of 4341 HSS high-speed steel, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). Drill bits compliant with DIN 338 standard. Cylindrical shank. The drill bits are designed for making through and blind holes. They have two central cutting edges ground at a 135° angle and flutes that effectively remove chips upwards from the hole. TiN-coated drill bits are especially suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The application of the TiN coating increases the hardness of the drill bit, enables accelerated cutting processes, and allows for better quality of machined parts. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing friction, decreases blade wear and thus extends the drill bit's lifespan. The drill bits are packed in a plastic container with a hanging hole.
