HSS TiN step drill with drilling diameter from 4 to 52 mm. Designed for drilling in non-ferrous metals, steel sheets, and plastics. The drill bit is made of HSS high-speed steel coated with TiN (titanium nitride). TiN-coated drill bits are particularly suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The application of the TiN coating results in increased hardness of the drill bits, enables faster cutting, and allows for better quality of machined elements. The titanium nitride layer reduces friction, decreases wear of the cutting edge, and thus extends the life of the drill bit. The drill bit is packaged in a plastic container with a hole for hanging on a hook.
