Description

Black and gold stepped metal drill bit made of 4341 HSS high-speed steel, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). The drill bit complies with DIN 338 standard. Cylindrical, stepped shank allows using a drill bit with a larger diameter than the chuck's capacity. The drill bit is designed for making through and blind holes. It features two central cutting edges ground at a 135° angle and flutes that effectively remove chips upwards from the hole. The TiN-coated drill bit is particularly suitable for machining difficult-to-cut materials. The TiN coating increases the hardness of the drill bit, enables faster cutting, and improves the quality of machined parts. The titanium nitride layer reduces friction, thereby decreasing wear on the cutting edge and extending the drill bit's lifespan. The drill bit is packaged in a plastic container with a hanging hole.
