The GOOBAY Cat5e patch cable is a 5 m unshielded (UTP) lead for wired Ethernet connections at home or in the office. Four twisted pairs with stranded AWG 26/7 CCA conductors keep the cable flexible, so it bends easily behind furniture and along skirting boards. The wiring follows EIA/TIA 568 in a straight 1:1 layout, pins 1 to 8 connected through, which is the standard scheme for linking end devices to network equipment. It connects a router or switch to a PC, game console, Smart TV or IP camera. The gray jacket is discreet in a cable duct or on a desk. Five metres is enough to reach a neighbouring room.
