The AMZCHEF CE-T-32CB2xyP200-AC ceramic cooktop is a compact solution for everyday cooking, featuring 2 independently controlled cooking zones, 9 power levels, a timer up to 99 minutes, a panel lock, and a residual heat indicator. The appliance’s total power is 3200 W, and its 220–240 V~, 50–60 Hz power supply allows it to be used in a standard electrical installation that meets the appliance’s requirements. The model measures 52 × 29 × 4.5 cm and can be installed flush with the countertop, making it a great fit for kitchens where efficient use of space is a priority.

Two cooking zones for convenient meal preparation

Two cooking zones allow you to prepare several dinner ingredients at the same time, such as cooking soup and sautéing side dishes. The larger zone is approximately 200 mm in diameter, while the smaller one is about 165 mm, making it easier to match the cooking surface to various pots and pans. Independent controls let you set different operating parameters for each zone.

9 power levels

A 9-level power adjustment is available, allowing you to select the heating intensity appropriate for the dish you’re preparing. Lower settings are useful for maintaining temperature or gentle heating, medium settings for everyday cooking, and higher settings for intense frying or quickly bringing dishes up to high temperatures.

Touch Controls and a Timer Up to 99 Minutes

The easy-to-read touch panel lets you select the cooking zone, change the power level, set the time, and use the pause function. A timer with a range of up to 99 minutes makes it easy to monitor cooking times without having to constantly check your watch. The pause function, meanwhile, allows you to quickly interrupt cooking when the situation calls for it.

Residual heat indicator and panel lock

After use, an “H” may appear on the panel, indicating that the surface remains hot. This helps prevent accidental contact with the hot cooking zone and serves as a reminder not to place heat-sensitive items on it. The cooktop is also equipped with a control lock that prevents accidental changes to the settings.

For Various Types of Cookware

Unlike an induction cooktop, the ceramic model does not require the exclusive use of pots and pans with ferromagnetic bottoms. You can use many popular types of cookware, including those made of steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, ceramic, or glass. This means you don’t have to replace your entire set of pots and pans when you switch to this cooktop.
