Designed to measure the thickness of a non-conductive coating on a metal surface and a non-ferromagnetic coating on a ferromagnetic metal, e.g. the thickness of paint on the surface of a car. The device has built-in magnetic induction and a dual probe with a high degree of sensitivity. It automatically detects the substrate property and calculates the coating thickness.
