Its metal massage tip creates an immediate cool decongesting effect and its brush allows for a customized application. Day after day Phyto-Cernes Eclat helps to significantly reduce the size of under-eye bags (Caffeine Soy Peptide extract and Horsetail extract). Its supple creamy formula ensures an easy application natural finish and a long wear. Using light strokes apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool decongesting effect. Then apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. May also be used as a concealer.; Wash the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.
