SUNLU TPU Silk is a filament that combines the flexibility of TPU with an elegant, silky finish, creating a material ideal for both functional and aesthetic 3D prints. It produces parts that are resistant to bending, impact, and daily wear and tear, while also featuring an eye-catching smooth, slightly glossy surface. Thanks to its balanced properties, you can create both soft, flexible components and more rigid parts—it all depends on your print settings. Optimal speeds (up to 50 mm/s with retraction or 60 mm/s without for direct extruders, and 20–30 mm/s for Bowden systems) ensure smooth material feeding and high-quality prints without interruptions.

Full control over flexibility and the final result

What sets SUNLU TPU Silk apart is the ability to precisely tailor the print properties to your needs. If you want maximum softness—print without infill and set the wall thickness to 0.8–1.2 mm. If you need greater elasticity and strength—use 5–15% infill and thicker walls (≥1.2 mm). The material has a slower cooling time, which results in better layer adhesion and greater model durability, and for larger prints, you can additionally increase the print speed within the recommended range. Just remember that the filament works best in models of moderate height and with a limited number of overhangs—in return, you get exceptionally flexible, durable, and aesthetically pleasing prints that perform excellently in practice.
