It detects beta (β), gamma (γ), and X-ray radiation using a precision Geiger-Müller counter tube. It provides real-time measurement, data logging, intelligent audible and visual alarms, time monitoring, sleep mode, and a built-in lithium battery that can be charged directly. It is a reliable tool for anyone who wants to consciously control their environment and ensure safety.
The use of a Geiger-Müller counter allows for quick and reliable radiation detection. The results are presented in easy-to-read units of µSv/h and mSv/h, including current, average, maximum, and cumulative dose values. This allows even a person without specialized knowledge to immediately understand the level of radiation they are dealing with.
The FNIRSI GC-02 offers several monitoring interfaces that you can switch between freely. A simple numerical screen, a graph of changes over time, or more advanced data summaries allow you to tailor the presentation of information to your current needs and preferences.
The device allows you to set the start and end time of the measurement, so it automatically records radiation changes over a selected period. With the ability to save up to 10 measurement sets, the GC-02 is ideal for long-term environmental observation and trend analysis.
With adjustable alarm thresholds, you can tailor the detector's performance to a specific location and situation. When the set radiation level is exceeded, the device immediately triggers an audible and visual alarm, warning you of a potential hazard without the need to constantly watch the screen.
The automatic sleep function (AUTO SLEEP) allows you to set an idle time of 5 to 60 minutes, after which the device automatically enters energy-saving mode. This significantly extends the operating time on a single charge and ensures that the detector is always ready for use when you need it.
The FNIRSI GC-02 has an 850 mAh lithium battery that provides up to 6 hours of continuous operation. Direct charging eliminates the need to replace the power source, increases convenience, and makes the device more environmentally friendly and durable.
The housing is made of durable ABS + PC materials, which are wear-resistant, safe, and pleasant to use on a daily basis. A non-slip clip allows you to attach the detector to a belt or pocket, a lanyard prevents it from being dropped, and a hidden charging port protects the connector from dust and damage.
