It offers a build volume of 260 x 260 x 260 mm, print speeds of up to 600 mm/s, LeviQ 3.0 automatic leveling, a Direct Drive extruder, and a 720p HD camera with AI features for monitoring the printing process. With support for PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, ASA, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF filaments, it’s ideal for creating both functional models and technical, decorative, or educational projects. The biggest advantage of the Combo version is the included ACE 2 Pro system, which allows you to start multicolor printing immediately after turning on the device. The standard configuration supports up to 7 colors, and with an upgrade, the system supports up to 19 colors, allowing you to create more impressive and realistic models. ACE GEN 2 technology reduces the time needed to change filament and minimizes waste, resulting in more cost-effective operation. Additionally, the system automatically adjusts material feed parameters to the type of filament, enabling seamless printing with various materials without the need for constant user intervention.
The ACE 2 Pro system is responsible not only for color changes but also for properly preparing the material for printing. The built-in filament drying function at temperatures up to 65°C helps minimize the impact of moisture, resulting in a more stable printing process and higher-quality models. Four independent brushless motors and a new buffering mechanism ensure smooth filament feeding and retraction, minimizing the risk of jams. The system recognizes the parameters of Anycubic filaments and estimates the amount of remaining material, making it easier to plan even long prints and avoid unexpected interruptions.
The Anycubic Kobra X Combo is designed for fast printing without compromising model quality. The recommended print speed is 300 mm/s, while the maximum speed reaches 600 mm/s, which significantly reduces the time required to complete even larger projects. The design features an X-axis linear rail, dual Y-axis linear rods, and a stable Z-axis system with dual guides, ensuring smooth head movement and effectively minimizing vibrations. Additionally, a built-in accelerometer reduces ringing, and dynamic flow compensation improves the quality of walls, edges, and fine details.
The printer is equipped with a 720p HD camera that allows for real-time monitoring of the printing process. AI algorithms detect print errors, the “spaghetti” effect, and the presence of unwanted objects on the build plate, allowing you to react quickly and minimize material waste. The feature to skip damaged objects allows you to continue printing the remaining parts without having to restart the entire process from the beginning. User convenience is further enhanced by the ability to automatically resume printing after a power outage and remote control via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, 5 GHz Wi-Fi, LAN, USB, and the Anycubic app.
The Anycubic Kobra X Combo is compatible with PLA, PETG, TPU, PVA, ASA, PLA-CF, and PETG-CF filaments, allowing you to create both simple models and more demanding technical projects. The hotend reaches temperatures up to 300°C, while the heated build plate reaches up to 100°C, ensuring optimal printing conditions for a wide range of materials. A durable hardened steel nozzle allows for safe printing with demanding composite filaments containing carbon fiber, such as PLA-CF and PETG-CF, increasing the lifespan of the print head. LeviQ 3.0 automatic leveling analyzes the build plate surface at 49 points, eliminating the need for manual adjustment and making it easier to achieve a perfect first layer.
Despite its high performance, the printer operates at a noise level of ≤48 dB, allowing it to be used in a home office or workshop without causing excessive disturbance to the surroundings. The printer itself measures 455.4 × 445.3 × 461.3 mm, while the ACE 2 Pro module measures 368 × 291.5 × 236.5 mm, making it easy to plan an appropriate workspace before purchasing.
