It offers a rated current of 10 A, a C-type trip characteristic, and a short-circuit breaking capacity of 6 kA; thanks to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Ethernet connectivity, it enables remote management of the protected circuit. Compatibility with the Shelly Smart Control app, operational parameter monitoring features, and extensive automation capabilities make this circuit breaker ideal for appropriately selected residential and office installations, as well as smart building management systems.

Multi-level protection for electrical installations

The SHELLY Pro 1CB C10 provides four types of protection, helping to safeguard the circuit against abnormal power conditions. The thermal-magnetic mechanism automatically interrupts the current flow in the event of an overload or short circuit, while electronic voltage protection allows the circuit to be disconnected when preset voltage values are exceeded. Importantly, you can configure the trigger thresholds for overvoltage and undervoltage protection yourself, as well as the corresponding delay times, tailoring the circuit breaker’s operation to the installation’s requirements. An additional safety feature is a physical switch that allows you to lock out the device’s electronic controls, including the ability to remotely turn the circuit on and off.

Remote Control – Control Without Access to the Electrical Panel

You don’t need to go to the electrical panel to check the circuit breaker’s status or manage the power supply to the protected circuit. With the Shelly Smart Control app, you can remotely turn the circuit on and off, monitor the device’s current status, change its settings, and receive notifications about detected anomalies. The Pro 1CB C10 model supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and wired Ethernet communication via an RJ45 port, providing flexibility when connecting to your network infrastructure. You also have access to a local web interface, a Bluetooth gateway function, and a Wi-Fi range extender. Support for MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols facilitates integration with external automation systems, and OTA updates allow you to upgrade the device’s software.

Monitor parameters and detect anomalies faster

The SHELLY Pro 1CB C10 not only lets you control power but also monitor selected operating parameters of the system. The device monitors AC voltage with an accuracy of ±5% and indoor temperature, providing access to information that helps assess its current status. An event log is also available, including, among other things, switching events along with information about the time and source of their occurrence. Alerts about anomalies make it easier to respond to events related to the operation of protective devices, and the ability to export recorded data to CSV format and access it via JSON/RPC supports a more detailed analysis of the system’s operation.

Automation Tailored to Your Needs

Integrate the circuit breaker with your smart home system and automate the management of selected electrical circuits. The SHELLY Pro 1CB C10 supports schedules, scripts, virtual components, a key-value store (KVS), and webhooks, allowing you to create scenarios that respond to specific events. The device allows you to configure up to 20 webhooks, with a maximum of 5 URLs per webhook, which expands its ability to integrate with other system components. For example, after proper configuration and connection to a compatible Shelly flood sensor, the switch can automatically disconnect the specified circuit upon receiving an alarm signal. You can also set schedules for turning the power on and off, keeping in mind that the frequency of remote switching is limited to less than once per minute.

Well-thought-out design and convenient operation

The SHELLY Pro 1CB C10 circuit breaker is designed for DIN-rail mounting in a properly prepared electrical panel. Its dimensions are 93 × 36 × 74 mm, and it weighs 212 g. The device is equipped with a manual lever, a reset button, a mechanical circuit status indicator, and LEDs indicating the status of Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity. A red mechanical indicator indicates that the circuit is on, while a green indicator indicates that it is off, making it easy to check the status quickly without using the app. The light gray RAL 7035 housing is made of plastic, and the operating temperature range of -5°C to 40°C allows the switch to be used in installations that meet specific environmental requirements. Compliance with the IEC 60898-1 standard, an electrical endurance exceeding 6,000 cycles, and a mechanical endurance exceeding 20,000 cycles further complement its technical specifications.
